Expedtion to Castle Ravenloft


Session 8 (G'Jun, Serratis, Eleindar, Siahatsu)

Sir Urik removes blindness on the last of the party members that were blind and says that he must return to the Village and the party decides to return as well. Finding that Bildrath was murdered last week sometime by a 'child'. They decide to go to the Castle and bargain with Strahd for information on Chernovog and their hopeful escape back home.
Arriving at the castle, they find Rediculis wandering around the courtyard and he rejoins the party when he says that he came to himself while on the road and figured that the party would be heading here. Exploring the castles first floor they find the chapel and a raven statue and a dead body. Sir Urik immediately removes the dead body and begins praying. They detect on the dead man and his armor, mace, and necklace are magical. Exploring some more they find a stairway that goes down all the way to the crypts.
They begin searching tombs with detect magic. Opening a few here and there they find potions, wine, rings, but then... on the tomb of King Tomescu they battle to open it and eventually get it and find a dimensional distortion. Trying to thrown things through it and put things in and pull them out they test the portal and decide to go through. G'Jun arrives home perfectly fine, Serratis arrives at unconcious with bite marks and claw scratches on him and manages to stablize. Everyone else never arrives and are dead.

G'Jun sits on a barstool and yells for the barman to keep bringing the drinks as he says "Have I got a story for you!"
Meanwhile Serratis lies on the floor of his home and stablizes at -9.
They don't go through the portal and continue. They next tomb G'Jun bashes it open only to have a Prismatic Spray shoot 2 violet rays at him and Rediculis. They both go insane and attack. Wall of Force keeps them away from the party while G'Jun cuts down Rediculis and they feeblemind G'Jun.
